Celebrate 40 Years of the Library's Academy Awards Shorts Program!
Each year, the Wichita Public Library screens the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Oscar-nominated short films. This year, we're thrilled to partner with Boulevard Theaters Old Town for an all-day celebration on Saturday, March 7, featuring all 15 nominated short films across the Animated, Live Action, and Documentary categories.
We'll keep the festivities going strong with additional screenings at several Wichita Public Library locations near you throughout the week leading up to Academy Awards ceremony on Sunday, March 15:
