Reservations are made on a first-come/first-served basis, but are considered tentative until both a completed meeting room agreement and full payment are received. Tentative reservations will be cancelled after ten working days.
Usage restrictions, rates, catering, and other rental information can be found in our meeting room policy page.
Collaboration and study rooms are designed for individuals or small groups. These rooms can hold only a few people. For medium to large group gatherings, consider renting a meeting room instead.
Both the Alford and Westlink branch libraries offer study rooms to the public. These spaces are available on a first-come/first-served basis.
At the Advanced Learning Library, there are seven collaboration rooms. Due to high demand, these spaces are reserved on a first-come/first-served basis beginning one week before the desired date. One two-hour reservation may be scheduled per day. A reservation may be cancelled if the room is not occupied within 15 minutes of the reservation start time. To reserve a collaboration room, contact the Advanced Learning Library or use our online reservation system. If you have not used the reservation system before, it will require you to create an account to manage your reservations. The reservation system is not linked to your library card. When you arrive for your reservation, check in with the Library staff closest to the room you have reserved.
